Geographic Expansion of Services Scaling operations beyond Segerea and Ukonga prisons to additional facilities across mainland Tanzania, contingent on funding availability.
Rehab Integration
Enhanced Rehabilitation & Reintegration: Counseling support and small capital to help ex-prisoners start micro-enterprises in farming, tailoring, brick-making, and retail.
Women Focus
Women-Focused Programs: Wellness and entrepreneurship workshops empowering female ex-prisoners to organize, advocate, and influence reintegration policy reforms by 2026.
Education Focus
Education & Library Services Expanding ongoing delivery of school textbooks, counseling books, and library establishment within prisons to further knowledge enrichment.
Health Focus
Health and Sanitation Interventions Delivering mattresses, hygiene products, and engaging in partner-driven health initiatives to improve inmate well-being.
Policy Advocacy
Policy Advocacy & Partnerships: Driving reintegration policies, legal aid reforms, and collaborations with government, donors, and NGOs to transform post-prison support.
